Dieting in the same month that your birthday is not a good idea.Saturday was my birthday, and went to dinner and dancing at the club as planned.I ate cake I drank wine and champagne to celebrate, and now need to recover the prejudice...ahahaha!!!!The good thing was that I took a lot of water, and today I started well the last week of my challenge...uhuhuhu I AM so excited
I have planned a menu very light for this week, with soup and salads and I will intensify my workouts.Today I walked for 40 min and I will make the fourth week of the exercises from the DVD of Jillian!Let's do this
If you're wondering how was my birthday party?Was Good but unfortunately was not what I expected, but as I always said "the best Of the party It's to wait for it" Well, I'll have to continue my celebration next weekend LOL :) with my dear husband and the friends who want to participate!
