I have two news, one good and one not so good.The good news is that I finished the first week of my challenge, and the bad news is that today I ate about five candies, my friend Nea brought me to try,and each one must have easy about 500 calories :0
I'll have to burn extra calories this week, take more water and drink a tea before bed.
I made a vegetable soup, and ate lunch and dinner, I'm eating more fruits too.my son is the problem now, he is too delicate to eat, this being more difficult to cook for him because he eats only,pastas and ravioli.i know it will be worth it.I am giving an example of healthy eating, salads, vegetables, etc. ..When he was younger, he ate lots of vegetables, now that he is two years old he doesn't like them that much.But he is very healthy,He drink's soy milk, loves tomatoes, strawberries and cucumber.I'm sure that in future he will eat well and and continue to be a very healthy boy, because we are giving him a good family base and health habits!Oh,Guys I forgot to write some my mom juice ingredients.3 drops of olive oil, one tablespoon of collagen powder, water and ice.Tomorrow is the kickboxing class and We started the second week of exercises(level 2), I better go to sleep!!!
