Challenge week 1

Hello friends!!!!
Today its day 1 of my challenge.Before I tell you all about it,I just wanna tell you little something about me.
I am a very active person and I love to do exercise , but when I got pregnant I gain 25 lbs....and i was just  doing a little bit of exercise , I couldn't get in shape.And about 4 months a go a start kickboxing 3x a week,I lost almost 10lbs but I am still out of shape and not  happy with my self.
And because I am a full time mom,it's very hard to focus, between my crazy schedule I was trying to do a healthy life style!
Well,now that my Big 30th its getting very close I decided to do an intense workout with Americas toughest trainer Jillian Michael's new DVD Ripped in 30 days,(4 weeks program) + my kickboxing class 3x a week + a good diet,with vegetables,salads also meat,bread....because i believe that if you are working out everyday you need to eat good!And I loveeee to eeeeat!:)
I need to cooke everyday for my boys, so the "Diet" needs to be something  healthy for all of us!!!
I know it could be difficult when you have a two year toddler at home, but its not impossible and we mothers are a strong persons... we can prove that nothing is impossible!!!

Take a Deep Breath and Lets get this Party started!!!!!
