Today the day started a bit late, as usual...but Thank God i could accomplish the goal of the second day and do the exercises!!!
And because today is Friday Labor day weekend I am going out tonight,i wanna dance!Sammy went to his grandparents' house and I took a good and long bath(usually my bath is 10 min) Yeah :)
Today's Menu:
Breakfast:
1 egg,2 wheat toast with light butter
a cup of coffe w/ 1% milk
Lunch:
Subway + 1 fruit....because Sammy had a doctor's appointment at noon and we finish at 3:00
It was too late to cook :(
After my workout
*protein shake with 3 strawberries 2 raspberries and 1% milk
Dinner:
Broccoli soup
taking advantage that my son is with grandpa's will have a nice and cold beer and get ready for tonight!!!!
