Sorry to inform, but couldn't get the second week of exercises.Well, the day started a little bit late, we didn't sleep well last night .because my son sleeps in our bed, and he moved all night!I couldn't get enough rest.So I did the kickboxing class and the rest of the day spent at home with the air conditioning on.And Then I had a good and deserved nap in the afternoon with my son.
Today my husband made the lunch was a great help, and my little one ate. I made dinner :) Today was very productive, especially the conversation I had with a friend who has a son the same age as Sammy and she told me how she managed to make him sleep alone in the crib.I want to start a new routine this week, I have to prepare my self,I don't like to see him cry.But Oh well.........I know it's necessary.I'm sure he'll be fine, but I must be strong and Do not weaken any day.This means I have two challenges next week, my daily exercise,and the new routine for my son.wish me luck!!!
Oh... I forgot to mention that I bought a cookbook,and today I made a salmon in the oven,I seasoned with green parsley, salt and olive oil. this ingredients help prevent breast cancer.Tomorrow I will make another healthy recipe! :)
Now I will make a good stretch before bed!!! Boa Noite amigos <3
