1st day ,yay!!!!! was very productive ,started the DVD exercise, can i say WOW! Jillian is really GOOD ,she is gets to the point, workout ,workout ,she has the power to motivate you ,she kicks Butt!
Today's Menu:
Breakfast scramble 1 eggs with tortilla,cup of organic coffee with milk agave syrup one activia yogurt with fiber.
For Lunch well the time flew by,it didn't give me chance to cook :( so mmmmmm Rubios, fish tacos 2 for me with yellow corn tortilla please! and 3 for Alex and my little one 1 steak tacos ,he only ate the steak
Dinner: O Cook :) Beef vegetables stew with white rice and lentils i had one spoon of rice and more lentils please!!!
YUMMMY! and since i am like ant that craves chocolate
,ice cream etc ....... i choose a Greek yogurt zero calories strawberry.
Hopefully Sammy sleeps all night , so that i can get energy for tomorrow my 2nd day challenge and the long weekend................ Boa Noite!!!!!
