Happy Valentine's Day

Today is  the day of love and friendship .... what does Valentines day mean to you?
For me is a very important day for a relationship, either a couple or a friend or even your parents.In my case I have two very special Valentines my husband and my son :)
I'm Glad to know that at least one day a year is  dedicated to the people we love and Care.That's why I like Valentine's day. This doesn't mean that we should show our love only once a year, of course!But today is a very special  day because  we prepare our self's.Some people go to a  dinner at a fancy restaurant, or prepare a special dinner at home, make cookies with hearts, we write little letters of love and romantic poems,and we can feel the LOVE in the air.Isn't that wonderful?
My husband and I are together for six years, and I remember very well our first valentines day, he gave me a huge bouquet of flowers, the biggest I have ever seen.My mother was more impressed than I.Another Valentine I remember very well was three years ago,we where in Brazil and went to the beach, had dinner in a nice restaurant by the sea, the moon was full, a perfect day and very romantic.Today our Valentine's are a little different, with our little boy together, which makes it even more special.But we always have our private time, our romantic dinner, when ever we can, of course.I believe that all couples need this time together!!!Wishing you a Valentine's day full of love

HEALTHY IS BACK

Hello my dear friends
as I commented in my last post, i have had several things going on at once in my life.And on the mean time, I have try to find time to keep you guys updated through my blog.
I am in a very important moment of my life, for years I have been hoping to be able to bring my Mother to California, and it seems like this year I will finally get it! thanks to God!



I Also have the project to get back to school and find me a career.My husband also have lots of new projects for this year,shows and events and I'm helping him., not forgetting that  all this needs to fit into my son Schedule,he is my priority.You all know that I relaxed a little at the end of the year, with the exercises and my diet.But have to go back to our regular routine of eating well,eating healthy, drinking plenty of water and of course doing daily exercises!Now that my times are a bit tight it will  be harder to make my exercises, but not impossible.So I  just need to organize my time, get up earlier and if I can't go to the gym, I can do exercises at home, and then go for a walk at least 40 minutes, but we need to have that one hour of daily exercises for our bodies and our mind.Of course, not forgetting the feeding that goes hand in hand with the exercises.I am making healthy recipes that I get from the internet.The other day I made a very healthy dish(Mom's primavera pasta) and my son and my husband loved it!and It was actually really good.I'm impressed with my "talent" for cooking!!!yes!Good evening for everyone!!!!Blog  you soon :)
